Menu plan from 10th to 15th February 2013

I've not been very well for the past week, so haven't been eating much never mind cooking!  We didn't have much of a menu plan to work from, so my husband just whipped up something from whatever was in the house for himself and the kids each evening.   Thankfully I am feeling a lot better today and am looking forward to getting back behind the cooker!

So, my menu plan for the rest of this week is as follows:-
Sunday dinner - Roast pork loin, broccoli, mashed carrot and turnip, potatoes
Monday dinner - Lentil and lemon fettuccine
Tuesday dinner - Pasta with chilli tomatoes and spinach
Wednesday dinner - Broccoli with lemon chicken and cashews
Thursday dinner - Salmon, baby potatoes and green beans
Friday dinner - visiting family for dinner

For lunches we will have ham sandwiches and quinoa tabbouleh. 

A lot of the ingredients required for the menu plan are store cupboard ingredients already in our cupboards, so I only need to buy the fresh ingredients required for the recipes.
